Camera, gallery, and PDF files
Our app accesses the camera and, when you choose, your files:
- Camera is used when you tap scan to photograph a receipt
- Photo library / gallery is used only when you tap Gallery to pick an existing image
- PDF / document access is used only when you tap PDF to upload a file
- We do not browse your camera, gallery, or files in the background
Personal Information
When you use our services, we may collect:
- Account Information: Email address and profile information when you sign in with Google or create an account.
- Receipt Data: Text extracted from receipts, including merchant names, dates, amounts, and line items.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the app features.

- Access your stored receipt data within the app.

Camera, gallery, and file access
- Camera: Activated only when you choose to scan a receipt. We do not access the camera in the background.
- Gallery / photo library: Opened only when you tap Gallery to upload an existing receipt image.
- PDF files: Opened only when you tap PDF to upload a digital slip or statement.
- No silent library scan: Choosing camera permission does not grant us the right to browse your existing photos. Gallery and PDF access happen on those explicit taps.
Children's Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
